Lawson Craig
President
President and Sales Manager brings more than 20 years of experience in the water and waste water industry to Southern Water. He has served in this capacity since 2018 having worked in other capacities at Southern Water from 2001 to 2003 and again from 2007 onward.. He served as business development manager and vice president of sales for E. Roberts Alley and Associates from 2003 to 2007, and held a number of field and operations positions at Mid-South Testing from 1997-2001. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Auburn University. Mr. Craig resides in Decatur, Alabama, with his wife, daughter and two sons. His family has lived in the Tennessee Valley for more than six generations, giving him close ties to the area and people that he serves.

Susan Norgren
Project Manager
Susan is a project manager with Pure Process. She is a graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Born in Huntsville, Alabama, she was raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but now makes her home here in Decatur, Alabama with her husband, son and two daughters.

Ben Frank
Sales Region: North Georgia
Ben Frank serves as our North Georgia territory representative, serving both Industrial and Municipal clients. Ben comes to us with extensive experience in manufacturing as a process engineer and electrical sales specialist. He graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Ben lives in Watkinsville, GA, just outside of Athens, with his wife and son.

Rowe Baggs
Sales Region: North Alabama/Tennessee
Rowe Baggs joined Southern Water Technologies in 2021 as a Sales Engineer and brings close to 15 years of rotating equipment sales, service and repair experience in both industrial and municipal markets. Rowe enjoys working with engineers and designers, as well as end users and operators to help provide the best solution for the application. Rowe holds an Undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama and a Graduate degree from The University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Engineering. Rowe is originally from Decatur, Alabama and resides with his wife-Sarah and their two daughters, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Richard Childrey
Sales Region: South Alabama/South Georgia/Florida panhandle
Richard Childrey is our Sales Engineer for South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, serving both Industrial and Municipal clients. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from The University of Alabama. Richard brings several years of equipment sales experience with a broad range of knowledge from filters and pumps to air compressors and nitrogen generation systems. He is committed to being a valuable resource for his customers and delivering excellent customer service.
